But when the time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under law,to redeem those under law, that we might receive the full rights of sons. Galatians 4:4,5
As we prepare to enjoy the Christmas Eve service with church family and friends this Joyous day we want to say Merry Christmas to each of you. This morning as we woke on the day before Christmas we spent our hours relaxing as a family eating a doughnut or two and drinking coffee. We spent a couple of hours ringing the Salvation Army bell for their kettle drive and now are drinking some hot cocoa to warm up and prepare to worship.
It is hard to believe we have been home for just one week since our training in Colorado. It has been full of packing and saying good byes. We are left with just the girls’ rooms to go through and pack and then we are set to depart on the 27th. We are so blessed to have great friends here to help us finish up and great new friends there who are meeting us at the airport and grabbing the keys to our apartment so we can settle in nicely.
We are so grateful to each of you for you support over the last 6 months as we have begun this journey and are so blessed to count each of you as our supporters. The work we are going to be doing could not be accomplished without your prayer and financial support. So THANK YOU. Thank you for praying. Thank you for giving. Thank you for lend us vehicles, an ear to listen or a shoulder to cry on. Thank you. We look forward to hearing from you in the new year and updating you on the status and accomplishments of ENvision Paris. Hug your kids and family tight this year and enjoy this Christmas Day.
