What’s this all about?

We appear at first like a typical family of four. Tony and Raeni grew up going to the same church in the frozen northlands of Minnesota and decided to get hitched at the ripe old age of 21 They have two beautiful daughters, Fayth (13) and Hannah (10).

This site exists because we serve a God who is anything but typical, which then makes our life a bit untypical. The God of the universe speaks to His creation and spoke to us in 2010. Through His leading and guidance we are following His call to raise up the next generation for Kingdom change. Envision Paris exists so teams and interns can serve and minister with the local church while living in community; using their God given gifts and talents, to bring the One True Light to the City of Light.

Please look through the pages and see what God is up to in our lives. The partner page is about how you can be a part of the Kingdom work in Paris. The writings page is our blog about the transition our family is undergoing. You can sign up for our prayer list to the right. Shoot us a message and let us know what questions you may have.

Envision  exists to meet the needs of the youth and young adults within the The Christian and Missionary Alliance who desire to serve the Lord on a global scale.  Envision exists to mobilize kingdom-minded students for His service. www.weareenvision.com

The vision of Envision Paris  is to reach the college aged students living in Paris with the life saving Gospel of Christ and equip them to spread the Gospel both on the college campus and worldwide.  Currently only 2% of the population in Paris claims to be evangelical and less than 1% of the students are Christ followers.  That leaves quite a few people who need the Gospel of Christ to be real in their lives. Envision Paris hosts short term teams &  loner term interns that work with established churches, international workers &  the international church.

Thanks for reading… look around and see how you can be involved!

Hello Roos Family. My name is Laurie; and I was introduced to your website by a mutual friend – the Sheridan familiy from Plymouth, WI (I am Sandi’s co-worker). I have a daughter in the 2nd grade (8 years old) – receiving her First Communion this weekend – who is completely enthralled with Paris! She has even been asking me to sign her up for French classes! Sandi suggested I check with you to see if either of your daughters would be willing to consider becoming her pen pal. If so, I would be happy to initiate the contact. You can contact me privately at my personal email – if you think Hannah or Faythe would be interested! I’m sure my Julia would love to assemble a care package with some U.S. goodies, and some photos to kick off the pen-pal relationship! In the meantime, God bless you and your family in your ministry.
